"Following a recent accident, there were an initial series of missteps and miscommunications from staff (the back office, not the local crew!) who had been assigned my claim. As such, the formal declaration of my vehicle being a total loss was delayed, as was the money to help me find a new ride. Frozen in limbo, I was effectively paying two rents courtesy of burning through an ever-shrinking pile of cash on weekly rental cars to stay afloat long enough for the insurance payout to be sent out. I'm a 24/7 single dad who was suddenly facing the very real prospect of losing both my job and apartment, not to mention daycare for my toddler, all at once and stemming from a lack of transportation. Brian and the collective office went above and beyond to straighten things out, ultimately getting a solution in motion that resolved my issue right before I went over a financial cliff, and just in time for the holidays! Throughout this time, I was extremely stressed and anxious, and it showed. These folks were patient and professional, even when my moods would inject themselves in conversation. Particular shoutout to my personal guru and bonus mom LEIGH! 10 million stars!"
